Astromade Studio uses Pirsch for privacy-first, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is stored, no tracking cookies are set, and no banner is required. Aggregate counts only.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. Polar handles billing, sales tax and VAT, fraud screening, and download delivery. Their privacy policy and terms apply to purchase-related data.

Use of the site

This site sells digital theme source archives at a one-time price per production site. By placing an order you accept the licence terms, the honour-based per-site rule, and the no-refund policy stated there. Polar's customer terms also apply at checkout.

Liability

The themes are provided as is. Astromade Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any theme. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the price paid for the theme.

For any data request, write to hello@astromade.studio. Identify the email address used at purchase so we can locate your order with Polar.

Governing law

Quebec, Canada. Disputes will be handled under the laws of Quebec, with venue in Montreal.
