What you cannot do

Resell the theme. Bundle it into another theme marketplace. Upload the unmodified theme to a public code host as a template. Share the download with people who did not buy it.

Need it on another site?

Buy another copy. Same price, same terms.

What you get from us

Twelve months of drastic-bug fixes from your purchase date. Drastic means "the theme will not build" or "a security advisory was published against a dependency". That is the scope.

What you do not get

Feature requests. Customisation help. Setup walkthroughs. Migration from other themes. How-to answers for things covered in the docs. If you need those, hire a developer.

After twelve months

The theme keeps working. You have the code. Fork it, hack it, ship it. Updates from us stop. If you want the next year of fixes, buy the current version again at the current price.

No refunds

Themes are digital goods, delivered immediately on purchase. All sales are final. Preview the demo, read the docs, and ask questions before you buy.
