Licence and updates

A theme purchase grants one production site. Run unlimited local copies for development, staging, and preview deploys. We don’t gate the code with licence keys or phone home from your build, so the rule is honour-based. If a theme earns a second site, please buy a second copy.

What you can do

Edit the source freely, ship it on any host, and use it for your own product or for paid client work. Fork it privately, run it in a monorepo, push it to a private registry, do whatever the project needs.

What you cannot do

Resell the theme on its own, repackage it as a derivative theme for sale, or post the source publicly. Quoting snippets in posts, case studies, or talks is fine.

Updates

Each theme has a CHANGELOG.md. Patch and minor releases are free for the lifetime of the theme. Major versions ship as a new product so the price you paid stays final.

To pick up an update, download the latest archive from the email link, then merge changes into your project. Most updates touch components, tokens, or motion code, so a folder diff is enough.

For issues with code, reply to your purchase receipt. Include the theme name, version, and a short reproduction. Response on weekdays within one working day, Atlantic time.
